We recommend ordering invitations equal to your guest count plus 10-20% extra for unexpected guests, keepsakes, and any damaged pieces during mailing.
We offer express worldwide shipping starting at just $9.90 to the USA, Europe, and many other countries. Shipping rates may vary slightly for certain destinations. Once you enter your delivery address in the order form, your exact shipping cost will be displayed before checkout.
We pack every order with extra protective film and bubble wrap. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it immediately at no cost.
You may cancel your order within the first 6 hours after placement at no charge. Once the design process has started, cancellations are still possible, however a $25 design fee will be deducted from your refund. After your digital proof is completed, we wait up to 48 hours for your approval. If no response is received within that time, production will automatically begin. Once production has started, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Designs created using online amateur design tools or non-professional templates require our Custom Design Service upgrade, as they must be professionally rebuilt and formatted for acrylic printing.
Yes! We can print high-resolution photos directly on your acrylic invitation. Photo placement and background cut-out require our Custom Design Service, as each image must be professionally prepared for print. Pricing varies based on the complexity of the edit and will be confirmed after review.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email for UPS or DHL Express. Track your package in real-time through their websites.
