Our Quality Guarantee:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged invitation, we will replace it at no cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Custom Product Policy

All AVIOR invitations are custom-made to your specifications with your personalized information (names, dates, event details, colors). Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Cancellations are limited once production begins
  • Design approval is final - you are responsible for reviewing and approving your preview

However, we offer full refunds or replacements for manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or errors on our part.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Design Completion

  • Within 6 hours of order: Full refund, no cancellation fee
  • After 6 hours (before preview): Refund minus $25 design fee

2.2 After Design Approval

Once you approve your design proof and production begins:

  • No cancellations are accepted
  • No refunds are issued (except for defects or errors)
  • Production cannot be stopped once it has started

3. Quality Guarantee & Defects

3.1 Manufacturing Defects

We guarantee our invitations are free from manufacturing defects. Defects include:

  • Cracked or broken acrylic (not caused by shipping)
  • Printing errors or smudges
  • Incorrect colors or missing design elements
  • UV printing peeling or fading

Remedy: Free replacement of defective items at no cost to you.

3.2 Shipping Damage

If your invitations arrive damaged during shipping:

  1. Document the damage: Take photos of the box, packaging, and damaged items
  2. Contact us within 48 hours: Email photos to [email protected]
  3. Do not discard packaging: Keep all materials for carrier inspection if needed
  4. Replacement: We will ship replacement invitations at no cost (rush production included)

3.3 Our Errors

If we make an error in your order (wrong names, dates, or design not matching your approved proof):

  • Full refund or free reprint (your choice)
  • Rush production and overnight shipping at no cost
  • No need to return the incorrect invitations

4. Customer Errors & Approval Responsibility

Important: You are responsible for reviewing and approving your digital proof before production. We are not liable for:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors in information you provided
  • Incorrect dates, names, or venue details you approved
  • Design elements you approved in the proof
  • Color variations if you did not order a sample

Please carefully review:

  • Spelling of all names and locations
  • Date and time accuracy
  • RSVP information and contact details
  • Overall design layout and colors

5. Refund Process

5.1 Approved Refunds

Refunds are issued for:

  • Cancelled orders (within allowed timeframe)
  • Manufacturing defects (if replacement is not preferred)
  • Our errors or mistakes

5.2 Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Processing: Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account
  • PayPal: Refunds appear within 2-3 business days

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards: Refunded to the same card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunded to the linked payment method

6. Color Accuracy & Samples

Digital screens display colors differently. While we strive for 95%+ accuracy:

  • Slight color variations are normal and not considered defects
  • We recommend ordering a paid sample for critical color matching
  • Sample cost is $15 (refunded if you place an order of 50+)

Note: Color variations within industry standards (±5%) are not grounds for refunds.

7. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

7.1 Event Cancellations

If your event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, venue cancellation, etc.):

  • Contact us immediately with documentation
  • If production has not started: Full refund or store credit
  • If production has started: We may offer partial refund or future credit at our discretion

7.2 Bulk Orders

For orders of 100+ invitations:

  • We provide a complimentary sample before full production
  • Extended approval period (72 hours instead of 48)
  • Special cancellation terms may be negotiated

    • Clear photos (if applicable)

  • Shipping fees (except in cases of our error or defect)
