1. Production Time

All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Production times are as follows:

• Standard Production: 1-3 business days after design approval
• Rush Production: 24 hours after design approval (additional fee applies)
• Large Orders (300+): 3-5 business days after design approval

Production time begins after you approve your digital proof. We will send you a preview within 24 hours of order placement. If no response is received within 48 hours, production will automatically begin.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

2.1 United States

• Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3-5 business days (UPS Ground)
• Express Shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days (UPS 2nd Day Air)
• Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (UPS Next Day Air)

2.2 International Shipping

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers in the USA, UAE, and Turkey:

• Canada: 4-7 business days
• Mexico: 5-8 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days (DHL Express)
• Middle East: 3-6 business days (shipped from Dubai)
• Latin America: 7-12 business days
• Asia & Australia: 8-14 business days

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Exact rates will be displayed before you complete your order.

2.3 Free Shipping

We offer promotional free shipping from time to time. Check our homepage or checkout page for current shipping offers. Terms and conditions apply to free shipping promotions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• Tracking number via email
• Real-time tracking link for UPS or DHL
• Estimated delivery date
• Signature confirmation option (recommended for orders over $500)

4. Packaging

Every invitation is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

• Each invitation is wrapped individually with protective film
• Luxury presentation packaging with AVIOR branding
• Bubble wrap and cushioned mailers for maximum protection
• Eco-friendly recyclable materials

5. International Orders

5.1 Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for:

• Import duties and taxes imposed by your country
• Customs clearance fees (if applicable)
• Any additional charges from local carriers

Note: Customs fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs. AVIOR is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

5.2 Customs Documentation

All international shipments include:

• Commercial invoice with accurate product description
• Proper customs declarations
• HS codes for customs classification

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it:

1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the delivery address is correct
3. Contact the carrier (UPS/DHL) within 24 hours
4. File a claim with us within 48 hours of delivery date

We will work with the carrier to investigate. For orders with signature confirmation, the carrier's records will be the determining factor.

6.2 Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Do not discard the packaging
2. Take photos of the box and damaged items
3. Contact us within 48 hours with photos
4. We will send replacement invitations at no cost

6.3 Shipping Delays

While rare, shipping delays can occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Customs processing (international orders)
• Carrier delays during peak seasons
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

AVIOR is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks before your event to allow for unexpected delays.

7. Address Changes

Shipping address changes are accepted:

• Before shipping: Contact us immediately to update the address (no fee)
• After shipping: Contact the carrier directly to request address change or package hold (carrier fees may apply)

Important: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. AVIOR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

• PO Boxes: Accepted via USPS only (longer delivery times)
• APO/FPO/DPO: Military addresses accepted (7-14 business days)

9. Rush Orders for Events

Need invitations urgently? We offer:

• Rush Production: 24-hour production time (+$50 fee)
• Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (+$49.90)
• Combined Rush Service: Production + shipping in 2 business days
